摘要
针对温度测控精度的问题,本文提出了一种高精度、低功耗温度测试仪的设计方案。该系统采用PT100铂热电阻模块对温度信息进行采集放大处理,通过A/D转换后将信号传递给主控制器,主控制器根据按键要求把分析结果输出给液晶屏显示。该高精度温度测试仪经多次调试和测试后,其功能和指标均达到了设计的要求,误差不大于0.5%。
Aiming at the problem of temperature easurement and control accuracy,the design scheme of a high precision and low power temperature measuring instrument is proposed in this paper.The system using PT100 platinum thermal resistor module to collect and amplify temperature information.Temperature signal is transmitted to the main controller after A/D conversion.The main controller outputs the analysis result to the LCD screen according to the key request.This high precision temperature measuring instrument has been debugged and tested many times.Its functions and indicators have reached the design requirements.And its errors is not greater than 0.5%.
