摘要
本文以平面阵列天线为研究对象,利用有限元分析方法对3组不同截面梁属性的反射体进行静态分析,根据有限元结果初步确定了以组2建立初步模型。随后对组2的局部变形较大的位置进行结构优化,并对优化后的模型施加惯性力矩再进行有限元分析,最终获得了满足相关设计要求的面阵天线反射体。对天线的方位和俯仰传动链进行了校核,确定所设计的面阵反射体可以满足工程要求。
This study is based on planar array antenna,compare three different section beam with static finiteanalyses for the antenna,andcreate a initial model by team 2 parameter based on FE result.Then make a optimization design to the big deflection place,apply a inertia moment on the optimization model and make a finite analysis again,Finally,obtain a scheme meet the design precision requirements of planar array antenna.Check the azimuth and pitching transmission systemto make sure the finial model can meet the engineer requirement.
