Preparation and Properties of Nylon 6-Nylon 6T/6I Alloys

摘要 利用尼龙6T/6I (PA6T/6I)与尼龙6 (PA6)按不同比例进行共混,得到一系列PA6-PA6T/6I合金。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了其化学结构,采用差示扫描量热、热失重分析其热性能,通过动态机械热分析测试了其损耗因子及玻璃化转变温度,并测试了吸水性和力学性能。结果表明,PA6-PA6T/6I合金具有很好的热稳定性,PA6T/6I的添加提高了PA6-PA6T/6I合金的起始热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度。随着添加PA6T/6I的质量分数从0%增加至35%,PA6-PA6T/6I合金的熔点从224.3℃降低至217.2℃,拉伸强度从68MPa增加至85MPa,拉伸弹性模量从2210MPa增加至2615MPa,弯曲强度从83MPa增加至103MPa,弯曲弹性模量从1750MPa增加至2 030MPa,而简支梁缺口冲击强度则从5.5kJ/m^2降低至2.1kJ/m^2,饱和吸水率降低明显,从9.5%降低至5.3%。当PA6T/6I的质量分数在10%~25%区间时,PA6-PA6T/6I合金在保持一定冲击韧性的同时,改善了其强度、弹性模量及吸水性,其综合性能最佳。 Nylon 6T/6I(PA6T/6I)and nylon 6(PA6)were blended to get PA6-PA6T/6I alloy.The chemical structure was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the thermal properties were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis.The loss factors and glass transition temperature were analyzed by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis,and the water absorption and mechanical properties were also tested.The results show that PA6-PA6T/6I alloy has good thermal stability.The addition of PA6T/6I can improve the initial thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of the alloys.As the mass fraction of PA6T/6I alloy increases from 0%to 35%,the melting point of PA6-PA6T/6I alloy decreases from 224.3℃to 217.2℃,the tensile strength of PA6-PA6T/6I alloy increases from 68 MPa to 85 MPa,the tensile modulus increases from 2 210 MPa to 2 615 MPa,the bending strength increases from 83 MPa to 103 MPa,and the flexural modulus increases from 1 750 MPa to 2 030 MPa,while the Charpy notched impact strength is decreased from 5.5 kJ/m2 to 2.1 kJ/m2.Water absorption decreases significantly from 9.5%to 5.3%.When the mass fraction of PA6T/6I is in the 10%–25%interval,the PA6-PA6T/6I alloys have a certain impact stoughness while improving the strength,elastic modulus and water absorbency,and the comprehensive performance is the best.
