摘要
结合车用吸尘器盖产品的注塑成型需要,设计了产品的一模一腔、三次分型、点浇口、三板模结构注塑模具。针对产品上12个特殊特征的脱模,设计了3个锁紧块驱动型前模滑块抽芯机构、3个后模油缸驱动型滑块抽芯机构,以及2个斜顶机构和4个顶管机构,特别是机构中的M_5复合抽芯机构和M_6复合抽芯机构,采用了在主滑块中设置斜隧道滑块进行延迟抽芯的复合滑块结构方式,实现了在同一滑块机构上同时对产品局部区域特征进行横向抽芯和竖向抽芯的双抽芯功能,保证了模具自动化注塑生产的顺利进行。运用UG10.0软件将模具结构的3D设计和2D排位设计进行协同,缩短了模具设计周期,提高了模具生产效率,值得推广应用。
Combined with the need for injection moulding of car vacuum cleaner box product,a injection mould was designed with one-mould one-cavity,three parting,point gate and three-plate-mould structure.According to demoulding for twelve special features of the product,three locking block driven front mould slider core pulling mechanisms,three rear molud oil cylinder driven slider core pulling mechanisms,two inclined ejector mechanisms and four ejector sleeve mechanisms were designed.In particular,the composite slide block structure with inclined tunnel slide block for delay core pulling in the main slide block is adopted in M5 composite core pulling mechanism and M6 composite core pulling mechanism,the double core pulling function of horizontal core pulling and vertical core pulling on the local feature of the product is realized on the same slider mechanism,the smooth operation of the mould automation injection production is ensured.The UG10.0 software is used to coordinate the 3D design of the mould structure and the 2D layout design.The mould design cycle is shortened and the moold production efficiency is improved,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
