Using literature review and other research methods,this article conducts a study on measures that adopted by France to improve competitiveness at Olympic Games.Through analysis,there are several measures applied by France to improve its competitiveness at Olympics:Government pays more and more attention to competitive sports;Try to build up competitiveness by attending new events;Promote performance by using high technology.Guarantee the rights for the atheletes.Strengthen cooperation between countries.Enlightenments can be included as follows:recognizing the significance of gold medals and ranks of the Olympics;Searching opportunities from new sports of the Tokyo 2020;Let the technology be the help for the preparations on Olympics;Develop the cooperation through each section from the society.
