时序同步下差分信号绕线方式的信号完整性研究 被引量:2

The Signal Integrity Analysis of Differential Signal Wiring Style in Time Synchronization

摘要 采用HFSS三维电磁仿真软件对差分信号几种主要绕线方式进行建模,通过对S参数的仿真分析,结果表明采用Accordion(手风琴)形状的绕线结构为时序控制下最优的差分信号绕线方式,对应的差模信号传输效率较高;在对比差分对内绕线不同间距时,得出在差分信号绕线时,应该增大差分信号绕线间距,可极大减小共模噪声,确保差分信号传输完整性。 HFSS 3D electromagnetic simulation software is used to model several main winding style of differential signals.Through the simulation and analysis of S parameters,the results show that the structure of the Accordion shape is the best difference signal winding style in time synchronization,and the corresponding differential signal transmission efficiency is higher.By contrasting difference spacing between the same different distances Wiring style,it concluded that the distance between the difference signals should be increased when wiring,which can greatly reduce the common mode noise and ensure the integrity of the differential signaltransmission.
