摘要
主要介绍了高频印制板基材复介电常数的带状线测试方法。详细叙述了带状线谐振器理论,并通过仿真,分析了带状线耦合间距、金属表面电导率和粗糙度对信号传输损耗的影响,最后搭建了带状线谐振器测试系统,验证了带状线法测试高频印制板基材复介电常数具有较好的一致性和准确性。
In this paper,the strip-line test method of the complex permittivity of high frequency printed circuit board substrate is introduced.The theory of strip-line resonator is described as well.Through the simulation,this paper analyzes the impacts from strip-line coupling spacing,metallic surface conductivity and roughness on signal transmission loss.Ultimately,a strip-line resonator test system was set up.And this paper proves that the strip-line method has good consistency and accuracy in testing the complex permittivity of high frequency printed circuit board substrate.
