With the development of electronic equipment to high performance,high speed,light weight and thinness and short and small,higher requirements for copper clad laminal are put forward,and PCB are paying more and more attention to foreign material in CCL.In view of the characteristic of the foreign material of CCL,the apparatus and method for automatically identifying the foreign material are developed,which improve the accuracy of detection and the efficiency of inspection.
