摘要
文章以两种不同进口品牌的陶瓷磨刷作为研究对象,使用扫面电镜、光学轮廓测量仪、立体显微镜等分析测试仪器,着重研究了SiC磨料含量、粒径和分散性对陶瓷磨刷性能的影响。研究结果表明:陶瓷磨刷中SiC磨料含量高,粒径小且分散均匀,陶瓷磨刷的切削能力强。磨板后的板面粗糙度Ra值介于0.3~0.5μm之间。
The article uses two kinds of imported brands of ceramic brush as the research object,using scanning electron microscope,optical profilometer,stereo microscope and other analytical testing instruments.The influence of the content of silicon carbide abrasive,particle size and dispersion on the performance of ceramic grinding brush is emphatically studied.The results show that the sic abrasive content in ceramic brushes is high,the particle size is small and dispersed uniformly,and the cutting ability of ceramic brushes is strong.The surface roughness is between 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm.
