摘要
本文尝试运用过程管理理念来探索普通高校学位论文教学改革,目标是通过对毕业论文教学过程中包括学生、导师、专业学院和学校相关处室等在内的多个部门和环节的每一个节点进行质量控制,兼顾与专业教育(specialty)关联的科学性、完成毕业论文各阶段组成架构(structure)的科学性、各环节质量检查标准(standard)的科学性、信息反馈机制联动(survey)的科学性,从而达到全面提升学位论文教学质量的目的。
This paper attempts to use process management concept to explore the teaching reform of dissertations in general institutions of higher education.The aim is to control the quality of each node in the process of graduation thesis teaching,including students,tutors,colleges and schools and other departments in a certain university.In this new process of finishing the degree dissertations,a 4S management system,namely specialty,structure,standard,and survey,is constructed to approach the goal of improving the teaching quality of the degree dissertation comprehensively.
