高职“双师型”师资队伍建设的现实困境及应对之策

"双师型"教师是高职院校的特色,同时也是高职院校优质发展的关键问题。但由于我国开展"双师型"教师队伍建设的时间比较短,在教师队伍建设方面还存在一系列的问题,这就要求高职院校必须立足于现有的实际情况,营造良好的环境,成为教师向"双师型"方向发展的巨大推动力。

"Double quality"teachers are the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,and also the key issues of quality development.Due to the short time of the construction of the"double teacher"staff,there are still a series of problems,which requires the higher vocational colleges to be based on the existing actual conditions and create a good environment and become a great impetus for the teachers to become"double teacher".
