摘要 随着新型钢结构产品的开发,制造新工艺的不断采用,对焊接工艺和焊缝质量要求越来越高。陶质衬垫焊接是一种高效、节能、低成本、高质量的焊接方法。目前,陶质衬垫的生产方式普遍为手工生产,为了提高生产效率和产品质量、节约劳动成本,本设计旨在研发一条基于PLC和触摸屏的全自动陶质衬垫粘贴基带生产自动化控制系统,产品用于辅助钢铁焊接。将陶质衬垫和基带按设计要求进行粘连、切割、划线。上位机为威纶通触摸屏,下位机为欧姆龙PLC,执行元件包括步进电机、伺服电机、电磁阀等。PLC主要负责采集数据和过程控制,触摸屏用来进行操作控制和显示。项目实践证明,该系统已基本具备生产合格的陶质衬垫粘贴基带的功能。 With the development of new steel structure products,the continuous use of the new technology,there are increasingly high requirements of the welding process and the quality of the welding seam.Ceramic liner welding is an efficient,energy saving,low cost,high quality welding method.At present,the production method of the ceramic liner is generally manual production.In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality and save labor cost,this design aims to develop an automatic control system based on PLC and touch screen,and the products are welding auxiliary of iron and steel.Adhesion,cutting and marking of the ceramic liner and the base band according to the design requirements.The upper machine is weinview touch screen and the down machine is OMRON PLC,the executive components include step motor,servo motor and electromagnetic valve.PLC is mainly responsible for the collection of data and process control,touch screen is mainly responsible for operation control and display.This practice of the project has proved that the system has basically have the function of manufacturing qualified ceramic liner paste base band.
