汽车三孔喇叭开关性能检测系统的设计

摘要 本文主要介绍了一种用于汽车三孔喇叭开关的性能检测系统的设计。系统采用工业控制计算机作为主控装置,采用步进电机带动压力传感器测试汽车三孔喇叭的各孔压力曲线、接通压力及测试行程,同时通过机器视觉对其装配缺陷进行检测,并通过远程Web Service端口进行操作身份验证。验证后输入生产批号等数据,检测产品良次,再将良品的测试数据和获取产品系列号等信息上传到服务器,再对对应产品到达激光打标工位时激光打标机进行激光打标,完成激光打标。 This paper mainly introduces the design of a performance detection system for automotive three-hole horn switches.The system uses an industrial PC as the main control device.It uses stepper motors to drive the pressure sensor to test the pressure curve,the connect pressure and connect stroke of each hole.At the same time,it detects the assembly defects by machine vision,and by the remote Web Service the system carries on the operation identification authentication.After the confirmation,inputing data and so on production batch number,the system detects product,and then Uploads the test data of good products and get the product serial number to the server.When the corresponding product reaches the laser marking station,Laser Marking Machine carries on the laser to hit the sign,completes the laser marking.
