摘要 从风车磨坊到帆船,再到风力发电,几千年来,作为动力的来源,风一直为人类所用。在如今气候变暖的大背景下,保护环境、节能减排更成为全世界的共同诉求。作为一种清洁能源,风力发电恰逢其时,成为世界上增长最快的发电方式。风力发电是高敏感气象要素行业,气象数据的分析是风资源评估的关键,包括常规气象要素分析,气象站的历史观测资料分析,订正观测资料分析等。基于气象数据在风资源评估中的应用,可对风速进行修正,计算出风功率的分布,绘制出整个风场的风能资源分布情况,进一步提升了风能资源评估的精确度。此外,通过对灾害性天气的分析,可为后续风电场的开发进行气象灾害灾前预评估,为制定减灾预案提供依据。 Wind has been used for thousands of years as a source of power,from windmills to sailboats to wind power.In the context of climate warming,environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the common demands of the whole world.As a clean energy source,wind power is in time to become the world's fastest-growing source of electricity.Wind power industry is a high sensitive meteorological elements,the analysis of meteorological data is the key to the wind resource assessment,including conventional meteorological elements analysis,historical observation data analysis of weather stations,reduction of observation data analysis,etc.Based on the meteorological data in the application of the wind resource assessment,can be carried out on the wind speed correction,calculate the distribution of wind power,mapped the distribution of wind energy resources in the whole wind field,further enhance the precision of the wind energy resource assessment.In addition,the analysis of disastrous weather can provide a basis for the subsequent development of wind power plants to carry out pre-evaluation of meteorological disasters and prepare disaster reduction plans.
