高中数学教师解题的思维固化及其对策——一道教师技能大赛试题引发的思考 被引量:4

摘要 解题是数学教师的基本功,教师解题能力对学生数学核心素养培养的影响是正相关关系。文章从一道教师技能大赛试题出发,发现教师在解题过程中往往具有惯性思维、方法固化等问题。于此,提出数学教师应学习解题理论、提高解题高度;限时解题、乐当“学生”,让教师在“解题析题”中得到锻炼,从而提升自身数学核心素养。
