摘要
为了更好地了解不同学科科研经费支出规律,为科研项目财务评议、科研人员经费预算、学校科研经费管理提供更科学的参考依据,以J大学2013—2017年立项的国家自然科学基金项目经费支出数据为基础,分析基础研究领域不同学科科研项目的科学研究活动特点、项目成本支出特点,并对不同学科门类、不同一级学科进行聚类分析,探索基础研究类科研项目的支持模式和特色,以寻找科研活动的经费支出规律。
In order to better understand the law of expenditure on scientifi c research funds in different disciplines,and provide reference for the fi nancial evaluation of scientifi c research projects,the budget of scientifi c research personnel and the management of school scientifi c research funds,on the basis of the data of the National Natural Science Fund Project in J university in 2013-2017,this paper analyzes the characteristics of scientifi c research activities of different subjects in basic research fi elds,the characteristics of project cost expenditure.Also,this paper carries out the cluster analysis of different disciplines and different fi rst-level disciplines,to explore the supporting models and characteristics of basic research projects,and fi nd out the law of expenditure of scientifi c research activities.
