摘要 优化是炼油提高盈利能力,增强竞争力的有力手段。本文讨论了当前炼厂在原油采购、石脑油和重油加工、柴汽比、氢气平衡、燃料平衡、蒸汽动力系统等方面面临的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了原油和氢气降本、石脑油和重油增效、柴汽比结构优化、燃料和蒸汽动力系统全局优化等方面的思路和对策。 Optimization is a powerful measure to improve profitability and enhance competitiveness of refinery.This paper discusses the challenges facing the refinery in crude purchasing and processing,naphtha and heavy oil processing,the ratio of diesel to gasoline,hydrogen balance,and fuel and steam power balance.Based on that,ideas and countermeasures to reduce crude and hydrogen cost,improve the profit by means of optimizing naphtha and heavy oil processing,structurally optimize the ratio of diesel to gasoline,and comprehensively optimize fuel and steam power system are proposed.
