低入住率地热供暖投资运营策略及经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前供暖行业普遍存在的入住率低导致经济效益较差的情况,详细分析了低入住率住宅小区供暖系统设计思路,并进行优化方案比选,分析低入住率情况下,居民住宅小区的供暖投资运营策略。分析可知,针对地热资源禀赋一般(低于60℃),人口外流情况明显,小区平均入住率低于50%的县域地区,新建住宅项目供暖负荷可按总负荷的50%~70%建设,若每年入住率增幅低于5%则可按总负荷的50%建设。 In view of the widespread low occupancy rate which leads to poor economic benefits in the heating industry,this paper demonstrates the heating system designing ideas for low occupancy residential district in detail,carries out scheme comparison,and analyzes the heating system investment and operation strategy.The analysis shows that,if the geothermal temperature is lower than 60℃and population outflow is increasing,then the heating load of the project can be built at 50%~70%of the total load in the county area where the average occupancy rate is lower than 50%,and if the increasing rate of the occupancy is less than 5%per year,it can be built at 50%of the total load.
