摘要
在共享经济的时代背景下,企业经营管理对人力资本管理的要求越来越高。为了有效提升人力资本的价值,人力资源管理的职能与定位发生了改变。共享人力资源的出现为企业更好地适应时代背景提供了新视角。本文对共享人力资源的起源、发展,及其与传统人力资源的区别进行了梳理;重点阐明了共享人力资源管理在企业管理的操作层、战术层和战略层3个不同层级表现出的核心功能性特点,即同质事务集中化、业务管理个性化、问题解决区分化;对共享人力资源管理在企业中可能遇到的问题进行了剖析,为共享经济背景下企业如何有效应用共享人力资源提供参考。
In an era of sharing economy,enterprise management is requiring a better human capital management.Human resource management should be re-positioned and re-oriented to achieve better value in human capital management.The emergence of sharing human resource provides a new perspective for enterprises to adapt to the new era.The article sorts out the origin and development of sharing human resource and the difference with traditional human resource.It expounds the core functional characteristics of sharing human resource in the perspective of enterprise management at operation layer,tactical layer and strategic layer-centralized management of similar affairs,individualized business management and differentiated problem solution;It also analyzes the possible problems raised in sharing human resource management in enterprises,providing a reference for enterprises in effective application of sharing human resources under the background of sharing economy.
