榆林转龙湾煤矿方案变更水土保持分析与评价

摘要 由于转龙湾煤矿排矸场征地的变更,需对推荐方案和主体工程进行水土保持分析与评估。分析了工程变更的原因和变更方案,为了尽量减少转龙湾煤矿造成的水土流失,对推荐方案中的工程总体布局、占地面积、土石方平衡、施工工艺及主体工程建设水保方案进行了分析和评估,提出项目各方面设计和建设均须符合水土保持要求,建议对排矸场进行稳定分析计算并加强监测,为设计补充完善后续水保方案提供技术参考与科学依据。 Water and soil conservation analysis and assessment of the recommended scheme and main structure were required due to modification of land acquisition for coal gangue dumping site of Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine.Analysis was made on the reason and scheme of modification.In order to minimize water and soil losses,analysis and assess?ment were conducted in respects of general layout of project,area,earth-rock balance,construction technique,water and soil conservation scheme.It is put forward that design and construction shall conform to water and soil conservation requirements in all aspects.It is also suggested to conduct stability calculation of coal gangue dumping site and strengthen monitoring so as to provide technical reference and scientific basis for supplementing and im?provement of water and soil conservation scheme.
