插板式防洪设施在城市防洪工程中的实践

Practice of Inserting Plate Type Flood Control Facilities in Urban Flood Control Works

以提升合肥市南淝河老城区段河道防洪标准工程为背景,参考国内外同类工程经验,在进行多种方案比较后,提出一种将"防洪插板、防洪墙、护栏"结合的插板式防洪设施。针对防洪插板,经过多次调研后,对其材质、构造组成、密封条材质、施工控制要求、贮存与安装等方面提出相关设计要求,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

Based on the improvement of flood control standards for the old section of Nanfei River in Hefei and the reference to the experience of similar projects at home&abroad,this paper proposes a new type of flood control facility combining flood control board,flood control wall&guardrail after comparing various schemes.According to the flood control insert plate,the related design requirements of its material,structure composition,sealing strip material,construction control requirements,storage and installation are put forward after several surveys,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
