大数据在高职院校精准化就业指导工作中的运用研究

On the Application of Big Data in Accurate Employment Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着就业公共服务平台,就业大数据中心,就业舆情监督系统在就业工作中的广泛运用,大数据时代成为了大学生精准化就业指导的新环境。在严峻的就业形势下,如何根据大学生职业发展需求,结合就业市场趋势,有针对性地开展就业指导工作,切实提升就业指导工作成效都是高职院校就业工作面临的诸多难题。文章结合福建三所高职院校学生对就业服务的需求分析,运用大数据理念创新高职院校就业工作,为改变就业指导存在的缺乏个性化服务的现状,积极推进精准化就业服务提供对策。

With the application of the public employment service platforms,large employment data centers,and employment and public opinion supervision systems in employment,the era ofbig data has become a new environment for undergraduates'precise employment guidance.Under the severe employment situation,how to guide the employment pertinently according to the career development needs of col1ege students and combining with the employment market trends so as to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance are all the employment problems facing the higher vocational colleges.This article combines the needs of students for employment services in three vocational colleges in Fujian,uses the concept of big data to innovate employment in higher vocational colleges,and provides countermeasures for changing the status of employment guidance in the absence of personalized services and actively promoting accurate employment services.
