醒脑静注射液治疗急诊内科昏迷的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Xingnaojing Injection in the Treatment of Coma in Emergency Department of Internal Medicine

目的:分析采用醒脑静注射液治疗急诊内科昏迷患者的临床效果。方法:从郑州市第十人民医院急诊内科2017年5月至2018年5月收治并诊断为昏迷症状的患者中抽选出85例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(42例)、观察组(43例),对照组给予常规的药物进行治疗,观察组则使用醒脑静注射液治疗,分析并比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.81%,对比差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学差异;观察组中对不同病种的疗效进行比较,发现均取得良好的治疗效果。观察组患者的神志转清出现时间明显短于对照组[(8.54±2.03)h vs(17.68±3.65)h],数据存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);观察组不良反应发生率为6.98%,对照组为19.05%,统计学意义明显存在(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊内科昏迷患者治疗时使用醒脑静注射液可有效提升治疗效果,促进患者神志快速恢复,降低不良反应发生率,具有极高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection in treating comatose patients in emergency department.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2018,85 patients with coma symptoms were selected.According to the method of random number table,it was divided into control group(n=42),observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 93.02 in the observation group and 73.81 in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The curative effect of different diseases in the observation group was compared,and it was found that all of them had good therapeutic effect.The time of mental change in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(8.54±2.03)h vs(17.68±3.65)h,there was significant statistical difference(P<0.01),and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.98 and that in control group was 19.05,which was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of comatose patients in emergency department of internal medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,promote the patients'mental consciousness which result in a rapid recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it has a very high clinical application value,and worthy of promotion.
