植物精油在畜禽生产中的应用研究

Study on Application of Plant Essential Oil in Livestock and Poultry Production

植物精油是植物体内的次生代谢物质,具有抗菌、抗氧化、调节免疫力和促生长作用,且无残留和耐药性问题,为生产高效安全健康营养的食品提供了保证,是一种极有应用价值的绿色饲料添加剂。有关植物精油作为饲料添加剂在动物饲料中的应用引起了人们的关注,对其作用机制的研究已取得一些进展。本文就植物精油在畜禽生产上的应用作以综述。

Plant essential oil are secondary metabolites in plants,which have antibacterial,antioxidant,immune regulation and growth promotion functions,with no residual and drug resistance problems,and could provide guarantees for the production of high-efficiency,safe,healthy and nutritious foods.It is a kind of green feed additive with great application value.The application of plant essential oil as feed additive in animal feed has attracted people's attention,and some progress has been made in the study of its mechanism.In this paper,the application of plant essential oils in livestock and poultry production is reviewed.
