摘要
文章根据中国统计年鉴、教育部高校图工委事实数据库、中国图书馆年鉴及其他相关研究,对我国图书馆事业的人才发展状况进行考察。研究发现,我国图书馆事业人才发展的特点是整体发展缓慢、近期停滞甚至下降、发展治理的调控能力薄弱,面临着人才发展的社会重视不够、常态化治理体系与机制不健全、图书馆内部推动力不足等障碍,需要从各方面积极采取措施予以应对。
This article makes an investigation on library talents development in China according to the statistical yearbook of China,the database of academic library and information commission regulated by Chinese ministry of education,the Chinese Library Yearbook and other related research materials.The study reveals that the overall talents development in domestic library is slow,stagnant or even declining recently.The governance of talents development is weak and there lacks social attention,normalization of governance system and mechanism of the talents development,which need us to take effective measures to eliminate these obstacles.
