摘要
文章针对当前党政机关用户细分定位不清晰、用户关系管理缺失的现状,综合多种分析方法,将党政机关用户按职能细分为文献信息保障部门、政策法规研究部门、机关行政事务部门和社会公众四类用户群体,提出加强信息服务的制度化保障、协调信息服务日常供给与重点信息支撑关系、运用现代信息技术参与数字化信息建设、根据机关内部职责划分构建立体信息支撑体系等需求满足策略。
In view of the current situation of unclear positioning of the users and the lack of user relationship management in the party and government organizations,the article subdivides the functions of the party and government organizations into four types:document information guarantee department,policy and regulation research department,administrative department and social public department.It proposes to strengthen the institutional guarantee of information service,coordinate the relationship between the daily supply of information service and the key information support,apply modern information technology to participate in the construction of digital information,and build a three-dimensional information support system according to the division of the internal responsibility of the organization.
