基于参考文献出版年图谱的知识管理演化研究

A Research on Knowledge Management Evolution Based on RPYS

探索一个学科或领域的演化进程,科学、准确的揭示其发展规律,对于其建设发展和之后的学术研究具有重要意义。文章引入一种新兴的科学计量方法——参考文献出版年图谱,进行知识管理领域的演化研究,并从多个角度与传统的学科演化研究方法进行比较分析。结果表明,参考文献出版年图谱能够较好地识别特定领域的重要文献、作者和期刊等,揭示了知识管理领域的发展脉络,证明了参考文献出版年图谱用于学科演化分析的可行性。

To explore the evolution process of a discipline or field and to reveal its development law scientifically and accurately is of great significance for its construction and development and subsequent academic research.This article introduces a new scientific measurement method RPYS to study the evolution of knowledge management,and compares it with the traditional methods of disciplinary evolution research from multiple perspectives.The results show that the RPYS method can identify the important literature,authors and journals in specific fields,reveal the development of knowledge management field,and can prove the feasibility of RPYS for subject evolution analysis.
