病理质控管理系统在临床病理实验教学中的应用

Application of Management System of Pathological Quality Control in Clinical Pathological Experiment Teaching

目的病理质控管理系统已经在很多医院得到了广泛应用,将该系统应用于病理实验教学旨在为临床病理实验教学改革带来新模式,通过此模式的培养为临床病理医生的"三导向"执业能力培养奠定基础。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院病理学院2014、2015级学生,共计150人作为研究对象。通过问卷调查,了解学生对病理质控系统操作、运用能力和对以该系统为载体的新教学模式的主观感受及客观评价;通过病理切片分析的方式对学生的病理学习能力进行客观测评。结果两组学生期末考试总成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组学生的实验考试成绩分数高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过学生反馈发现,利用病理质控系统进行病理实验教学的方法,学生更有兴趣并对疾病的发生发展有了更深刻的理解。

Objective The pathology quality management system has been widely used in many hospitals.The application of the system used in pathological experiment teaching aims to bring a new model for the reform of clinical pathology experimental teaching.Through this training model for clinical pathologists,the"three oriented"practice ability training foundation would be founded.Methods A total of 150 students from grade 2014 and 2015 in pathology Institute of Qiqihar Medical University were selected as research subjects.Through the questionnaire survey,the students'subjective feelings and objective evaluation on the operation and application of the pathological quality control system and the new teaching model with the system as the carrier are understood,to evaluate the pathological learning ability of students through pathological section analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the total scores of the final exams between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of the experimental test of the experimental group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through student feedback,we found that the students were more interested in pathology experiment teaching method by using pathology quality control system.The students had a deeper understanding in the occurrence and development of diseases.
