血生化检验时血清胆固醇异常原因探究

The Cause of Abnormal Serum Cholesterol in Blood Biochemical Tests

目的探究血生化检验时血清胆固醇异常原因。方法选取本院自2015年11月—2017年11月进行血生化检验的200例患者作为研究对象,分析所有患者血生化检验结果,分析统计血清胆固醇异常原因。结果 200例患者经血生化检验发现血清胆固醇异常者有110例,包括高胆固醇82例、低胆固醇28例,高胆固醇发生率高于低胆固醇发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。引发高胆固醇的主要原因为糖尿病、肝脏病变等;引发低胆固醇的主要原因为肝硬化、ɑ脂蛋白血症等。结论血生化检验发现高胆固醇发生率较高,临床应有效控制胆固醇水平,防治或减少高胆固醇发生。

Objective To explore the causes of abnormal serum cholesterol in blood biochemical tests.Methods 200 cases of blood biochemistry test in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The blood biochemical test results of all patients were analyzed.The causes of abnormal serum cholesterol were analyzed.Results There were 110 cases of abnormal serum cholesterol in 200 patients,including 82 cases of high cholesterol and 28 cases of low cholesterol.The incidence of hypercholesterolemia was higher than that of low cholesterol(P<0.05).The main causes of high cholesterol are diabetes and liver diseases.The main causes of low cholesterol are liver cirrhosis,lipoprotein hemiemia and so on.Conclusion The blood biochemical test shows that the incidence of high cholesterol is high.The clinical level should be effective in controlling cholesterol level,preventing or reducing the occurrence of hypercholesterolemia.
