子宫内膜癌术前诊刮病理的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Preoperative Scratch Pathology in Endometrial Carcinoma

目的分析并研究术前诊刮病理对子宫内膜癌进行诊断的临床诊断价值。方法本研究采用回顾性分析的方法进行调查,所有研究对象均为我院在2008年3月—2017年10月收治的子宫内膜癌患者,共选入300例患者作为研究对象,对于所有患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,并且将术后病理作为金标准,对于术前诊刮病例诊断的肿瘤相关情况进行评价。结果本研究300例患者在进行术前诊刮病理提示为子宫内膜非典型增生患者159例,术后141例患者子宫病理诊断为子宫内膜腺癌,术后病理升级。15例患者术后病检和之前相符,术前组织学分级仅233例,G1和G2级患者极少,G3患者30例,术后22例患者符合。结论术前诊刮对于子宫内膜癌的诊断是必不可少的一种诊断方法,但因为诊刮病例诊断当中子宫内膜癌肿瘤细胞组织学级别会被降低,因此临床应该重视诊刮的内膜癌病理报告。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical diagnostic value of preoperative diagnosis and curettage for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Methods In this study,a retrospective analysis was used to conduct surveys.All subjects were endometrial cancer patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to October 2017.A total of 300 patients were selected as study subjects for all patients.Clinical and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed,and postoperative pathology was used as the gold standard.The accuracy of the histological classification,classification,and cervical infiltration of the tumors diagnosed before surgery was evaluated.Results In this study,300 patients in the pathological preoperative curettage prompted endometrial atypical hyperplasia in 159 patients,postoperative 141 cases of uterine pathological diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma,postoperative pathological upgrade.The postoperative pathological examination of 15 patients was consistent with that before.The preoperative histological grade was only 233 cases,G1 and G2 grades were few,G3 was 30 cases,and 22 cases were consistent after surgery.Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis and curettage is an indispensable method for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,because the diagnosis of the curettage cases of endometrial cancer cells histological grade will be reduced,so the clinic should pay attention to curettage endometrial cancer pathology report.
