宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的效果分析及复发预防研究

Study on the Effect of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps and the Prevention of Recurrence

目的研究分析对子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月—2017年11月我院手术治疗的112例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象。按照数字表随机分组原则,将其分为研究组和参照组。其中,参照组(56例)采用常规治疗模式,研究组(56例)予以宫腔镜治疗方法,比较两组临床治疗效果以及复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.21%,高于参照组(87.50%);研究组复发率为8.93%,低于参照组(23.21%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜治疗,具有十分积极的应用效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods 112 cases of endometrial polyps from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random grouping of digital tables,they were divided into research group and reference group.Among them,the reference group(56 cases)adopted the conventional treatment mode.In the study group,56 cases were treated with hysteroscopy.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The comparative analysis showed that the total effective rate of the study group was 98.21%,which was higher than that of the reference group(87.50%),while the recurrence rate of the study group was 8.93%,which was lower than that of the reference group(23.21%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hysteroscopy to endometrial polyps has a very positive effect
