机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗呼吸衰竭的临床观察

摘要 目的观察机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗应用在呼吸衰竭者中的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年3月—2017年3月收治的90例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象。对照组(45例)采用机械通气治疗,研究组(45例)采用机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,比较两组治疗前、后气血分析及心功能各项指标。结果研究组治疗后气血分析指标评分分别为PCO_2(33.56±5.31)mmHg、PO_2(61.43±5.67)mmHg,与对照组相比较优,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心功能指标分别为HR(76.45±9.46)次/min、MAP(77.81±10.52)mmHg、LVEF(44.67±6.34)%,与对照组相比均较优,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗呼吸衰竭,可有效提升疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of mechanical ventilation combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in patients with respiratory failure.Methods Clinical data of 90 patients with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected.The control group(45 cases)was treated with mechanical ventilation.The study group(45 cases)was treated with mechanical ventilation combined with bronchoalveolar lavage.Washing treatment was performed to compare the blood analysis and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment in both groups.Results The score of gas and blood analysis after treatment in the study group was PCO2(33.56±5.31)mmHg and PO2(61.43±5.67)mmHg,which was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of cardiac function in the study group were HR(76.45±9.46)times/min,MAP(77.81±10.52)mmHg and LVEF(44.67±6.34)%respectively,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with bronchoalveolar lavage for respiratory failure can effectively improve the efficacy.
