手外伤带蒂皮瓣修复临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Repair of Hand Trauma With Pedicle Flap

目的探讨指动脉带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2018年1月收治的60例手外伤患者作为研究对象。所有患者均采用指动脉带蒂皮瓣对手外伤进行修复治疗。术后随访,观察皮瓣移植修复效果,统计患者满意度。结果术后随访,全部患者带蒂皮瓣均成活,成活率100.00%。47例术后手外伤创面修复理想,13例术后皮瓣臃肿,复行皮瓣修整,基本获得理想效果,患者手外伤创面修复总满意度91.67%(55/60)。结论指动脉带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤创面效果确切,术后皮瓣存活率高,手部外形及功能恢复较理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of digital artery flap for repairing hand injury.Methods 60 cases of hand trauma were selected from January 2014 to January 2018 in our hospital.All the patients were treated with finger artery pedicled skin flap to repair the trauma.After the follow-up,the effect of skin flap transplantation was observed,statistical patient satisfaction.Results The postoperative follow-up,all patients with pedicle flap survived,the survival rate of 100.00%.47 cases of hand wound repair were ideal after operation,13 cases were overstaffed and repair of skin flap after operation.The ideal effect was obtained.The total satisfaction of the patients with hand trauma was 91.67%(55/60).Conclusion The effect of finger artery with pedicle flap to repair the wound of hand is accurate.The survival rate of the flap is high,the shape and function of the hand are better.
