两种剂量阿托伐他汀用于老年血脂正常冠心病的效果比较

To Compare the Effect of Two Doses of Atorvastatin on the Normal Coronary Heart Disease in Elderly Patients

目的研究分析两种剂量阿托伐他汀用于老年血脂正常冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年1月收治的60例老年血脂正常冠心病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字法,将其分为两组。两组患者均用阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组患者剂量为20 mg/d,观察组患者为40 mg/d,对比两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的血脂与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组IMT为(1.2±0.4)mm,观察组为(1.0±0.3)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年血脂正常冠心病患者采用大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗效果显著。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of two doses of atorvastatin for patients with normal coronary heart disease.Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD)with blood lipids in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The random number method was used to divide them into two groups.Two groups of patients were treated with atorvastatin,the control group was 20 mg/d,the observation group was 40 mg/d,compared the two groups of treatment effect.Results After treatment,the blood lipids of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The control group IMT was(1.2±0.4)mm,and the observation group was(1.0±0.3)mm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of large dose atorvastatin in patients with normal coronary heart disease is significant.
