建立药剂科全面质量管理评价体系的措施与成效

Measures and Effects of Establishing Total Quality Management Evaluation System in Pharmacy Department

目的探讨药剂科建立全面质量管理评价体系的具体措施和效果。方法选取我院自2016年1月起对药剂科建立全面质量管理体系,对比构建管理体系前(2015年1—12月)和建立全面质量管理评价体系后(2016年1月—2017年1月)药剂科药品管理情况以及患者对工作服务的满意度。结果构建全面质量管理体系后药剂科药品过期率、药品错用率以及药品损坏发生率均显著下降,与构建前数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);构建前患者对药剂科工作满意度为76.6%,低于构建质量管理体系后的88.2%,构建前后数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药剂科构建全面质量管理评价体系能够降低药物使用的差错率,提升患者对药剂师工作的认可度。

Objective To explore the specific measures and effects of establishing total quality management evaluation system in pharmacy department.Methods The overall quality management system was established in our hospital since January 2016,and the drug management in the pharmacy department and the satisfaction of the patients on the work service were compared before the construction of the management system(from January to December 2015)and the establishment of a comprehensive quality management evaluation system(from January 2016 to January 2017).Results After building a comprehensive quality management system,the rate of drug expiration,drug misuse and the incidence of drug damage decreased significantly.Compared with the pre construction data,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the patients before the construction was 76.6%,which was lower than 88.2%after the construction of the quality management system.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of TQM evaluation system in hospital pharmacy can reduce the rate of drug use errors and enhance the recognition of pharmacists.
