中医辨证治疗心律失常患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of TCM Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的研究分析心律失常患者使用中医辩证治疗和中成药治疗的临床效果,给临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2014年1月—2015年5月收治的100例心律失常患者作为研究对象,将所有患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组均有50例。对照组采用参松养心胶囊治疗。治疗组采用中医辨证治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,治疗组中,优30例,良20例,总体治疗有效率为100.00%;对照组中,优20例,良20例,有差10例,总体治疗有效率为80.00%。两组治疗有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗心律失常疾病的效果比较理想,患者的临床治疗效果突出,具有很高的治疗价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of arrhythmia patients treated with Chinese medicine dialectical treatment and Chinese patent medicine,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 100 patients with arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected as research subjects.All patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shensong yangxin capsule.The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,in the treatment group,30 cases were excellent,20 cases were good,and the overall effective rate was 100.00%.In the control group,20 cases were excellent,20 cases were good,10 cases were bad,and the overall effective rate was 80.00%.The difference in the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of arrhythmia is ideal,the clinical treatment effect of the patients is prominent,and it has a high value of treatment.
