社区督导对重性精神障碍患者服药依从性和疗效的影响

The Effect of Community Supervision on Medication Compliance for Patients With Severe Mental Disorders

目的探讨社区督导对重性精神障碍患者服药依从性和疗效的影响。方法调取2016年1月—2017年8月居住在统一小区的175例重性精神障碍患者资料,分为四个等级管理,并且每周随访对患者家属进行督导,对比观察前、观察后重性精神障碍患者的肇事情况、依从性以及人际交往和再住院情况。结果在接受社区医生管理后,患者管理分级发生明显变化,好转情况增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重性精神障碍患者在接受社区医生管理后,肇事情况明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在接受社区医生管理后,患者的依从性、再住院情况以及人际交往情况明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重性精神障碍患者实施社区督导,能够有效提高患者服药依从性,提升各项管理能力,临床效果较为显著,因此可以大力推广实践。

Objective To explore the effect of community supervision on medication compliance and efficacy of patients with severe mental disorders.Methods 175 patients with severe mental disorders who lived in the same community from January 2016 to August 2017 were collected and divided into four levels of management.The patients'family members were supervised every week,and the accident situation,compliance,interpersonal communication and rehospitalization of patients with pre and post observation heavy mental disorders were compared.Results After accepting the management of community doctors,the patient management grading changed significantly,and the improvement situation increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After accepting the management of community doctors,the incidence of serious mental disorder patients was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After the administration of community doctors,the compliance,rehospitalization and interpersonal communication were obviously improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of community supervision for patients with severe mental disorders can effectively improve the compliance of the patients,improve the management ability,and the clinical effect is more significant.Therefore,we can vigorously promote the practice.
