护理干预对雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效及依从性的影响初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察护理干预对雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效及依从性的影响。方法选取我院2017年1—12月收治的85例哮喘患儿作为研究对象。根据住院号奇偶性情况,将其随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=42)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以护理干预。对比两组患儿护理效果以及依存性。结果观察组护理总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依存率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效及依从性的影响颇深。 Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the efficacy and compliance of aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods 85 asthmatic children treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to parity of hospitalization number,they were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=42).The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given nursing intervention.The nursing effect and dependence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dependence rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a profound effect on the curative effect and compliance of atomization inhalation in the treatment of children's asthma.
