骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防性护理措施探讨

Preventive Nursing Intervention for Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity After Orthopedic Surgery

目的了解骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的原因,积极寻求有效的预防性护理措施,以减少下肢深静脉血栓形成。方法将2016年1月—2018年2月我院行骨科手术的200例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。所有患者均接受基础治疗和护理,如疾病知识宣传和健康指导、饮食和下肢活动、抗血栓治疗等,观察组在此基础上,给予预防性护理措施。观察并比较两组术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率、住院时间等。结果观察组的深静脉血栓形成发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论给予患者预防性护理可减少骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率,有利于术后恢复。

Objective To explore the reaction of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity after orthopedic surgery and seek effective preventive nursing intervention.Methods 200 patients with orthopedic surgery from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).All the cases were taken routine treatment and nursing and the observation group was taken preventive nursing intervention.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity and hospital stays in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity for patients after orthopedic surgery.
