综合康复护理用于乳腺癌术后患者护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Postoperative Patients With Breast Cancer

目的研究分析综合康复护理在乳腺癌术后患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月在我院接受手术治疗的80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。将其随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合康复护理,比较护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组患者SAS(27.11±0.11)分、SDS(17.93±5.11)分均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合康复护理应用于乳腺癌术后患者护理中,可以有效缓解患者不良心理状态。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative care of breast cancer patients.Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation care.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were all decreased,and the scores of SAS(27.11±0.11)points and SDS(17.93±5.11)points in the observation group were superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative care of patients with breast cancer can effectively alleviate the bad psychological status of patients.
