综合康复护理对脑卒中抑郁及神经功能康复的疗效观察

The Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Stroke Depression and Rehabilitation of Neurological Function

目的研究综合康复护理对脑卒中抑郁及神经功能康复的疗效。方法选择特定研究时段(2016年4月—2017年12月)所在科室收治的经影像学检查确诊的96例脑卒中患者作为研究对象。以不同的护理方式,将其分为两组。参照组(n=48)实施常规的临床护理,研究组(n=48)实施康复护理,对两组神经功能恢复情况展开对比。结果护理后,研究组患者神经功能和日常生活能力评分优于常参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中的患者,在治疗过程中采用综合康复护理可促进神经功能的恢复,同时改善患者的不良情绪。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on stroke depression and neurological rehabilitation.Methods 96 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy diagnosed by imaging examination were selected from the department of a specific study period(from April 2016 to December 2017).They were divided into two groups with different nursing methods.The control group(n=48)received routine clinical nursing and the study group(n=48)received rehabilitation nursing.The recovery of nerve function was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of neurological function and ADL in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral apoplexy,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the bad mood of the patients during the treatment.
