不同产地降香苗耐寒性差异研究

Experiment on Cold Endurance of Dalbergia odorifera Seedlings from Different Places

为分析不同产地降香Dalbergia odorifera的耐寒性差异,对6个产地(海南三亚、广西凭祥、广东广州、福建漳浦、福建仙游、浙江温州)3年生容器苗进行半致死温度试验测定和越冬寒害实地调查,以分析其在温州的耐寒差异。结果显示:供试6个产地苗的耐寒性强弱顺序为:温州>仙游>漳浦>广州>凭祥>三亚,温州母株大树上采种繁育的苗木耐寒性最强,说明已逐渐适应温州的气候环境。本文可为温州各地引种降香提供理论指导。

The 2-year container Dalbergia odorifera seedlings from Sanya of Hainan,Pingxiang of Guangxi,Guangzhou of Guangdong,Zhangpu of Fujian,Xianyou of Fujian and Wenzhou of Zhejiang were planted in March of 2015 in Ouhai of Wenzhou,Zhejiang province for cold tolerance test.Experiment on lethal temperature(LT50)was carried out in November of 2015 and cold damage observations in February of 2016.The result showed that the cold endurance of seedlings from six place was ordered by of Wenzhou>Xianyou>Zhangpu>Guangzhou>Pingxiang>Sanya.The experiment demonstrated that seedlings of D.odorifera from Wenzhou had the best result,indicating that it could adapt to be planted in Wenzhou.
