面向统一模式的飞行电报自动受理关键技术研究

The Key Technology Research of Flight Plan Message Auto-acceptance Based on Integrated Mode

空中交通管理单位受理航空公司提交的飞行计划申请,传统的模式是各地分散受理,存在资源重复设置、自动化程度低、沟通反馈机制差等缺点。面向统一模式的飞行电报自动受理方法,由计算机系统自动实现放行报识别、电报信息拆分、语法语义校验、飞行电报转发及运行反馈回复,实现放行电报的统一受理、集中审核、自动转发及智能反馈,极大提高管制运行效率和准确性。笔者对统一模式下的电报自动受理核心流程、关键技术进行研究,探讨统一模式下放行报自动受理的思路与方法。

The air traffic control unit accepts the flight plan application submitted by the airlines,the traditional mode is distributed.There are shortcomings such as repeated resource settings,low automation,and poor communication feedback mechanisms.The automatic acceptance method of the release message for the integrated mode is realized by the computer system to realize the release message integrated acceptance,centralized review,automatic distribution and intelligent feedback,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the control operation.The author research on the key technology of automatic acceptance of release message base on the integrated mode.
