随着大数据时代的来临,对数据的重视提到了前所未有的高度,"数据即资产"已被广泛认可,数据就像企业或组织尚待发掘的财富,即将被广泛应用。移动互联网和物联网发展突飞猛进,促使各行各业的数据体量呈指数级增长,正在带来颠覆性的思维模式改变。笔者介绍了数据资产的概念,初步研究了数据资产管理体系框架组成,提出了资产管理服务平台总体架构设计设想。

With the advent of the era of big data,the attention to data has been mentioned above the unprecedented height."Data is assets"has been widely recognized,data is like the wealth that enterprises or organizations have yet to discover,and will be widely used.The development of mobile Internet and the Internet of things has made rapid progress,and the data volume of all walks of life is increasing exponentially,which is bringing about a change of subversive thinking mode.This paper introduces the concept of data assets,preliminary studies and expounds the framework of data asset management system framework,and explores the design of the overall structure of the asset management service platform.
