Configuration of VoIP Air-Ground Communication with FREQUENTIS Voice Communication System

国内空管单位使用的内话系统大多基于时分复用架构,随着运营商逐步减少对窄带低速E1数据业务的传输支持,内话通信技术逐步向VoIP架构过渡已成共识。作为民航VoIP地空通信标准主要制定者之一,奥地利FREQUENTIS公司生产的VCS 3020X内话在国内尚无VoIP地空通信规模化使用的实例。笔者介绍该型内话VoIP地空通信的配置方法。

Most Voice Communication System(VCS)operated in China is Time Division Multiplexing(TDM)hierarchy.Due to less and less support for narrow-band E1 by Telecom Service Provider,VCS is on the way evolution to VoIP hierarchy.As the leading constituter of VoIP standard adopted in ATM,FREQUENTIS from Austria is one of the most important VCS providers worldwide.FREQUENTIS VCS 3020X system is designed of VoIP capability.However,there is no practical application of FREQUENTIS VCS VoIP in China.The configuration progress of VoIP air to ground communication with FREQUENTIS VCS is described in this paper.
