摘要
通过静电纺丝技术制备PAA与PVA共混纳米纤维膜并对其进行热处理,采用SEM、FTIR对其进行表征,并对其抗水解性能和过滤性能进行评价。结果表明:PVA/PAA溶液的最佳纺丝质量分数为17%,PVA与PAA的质量比为1∶1,160℃热处理后PVA/PAA纳米纤维过滤膜具有优异的抗水解性能和过滤性能,针对0.3μm及以上直径颗粒的过滤效率为99.477%,过滤阻力仅为88 Pa,且在85℃热水中仍能保持良好形态。
PAA and PVA blended nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning and heat treated.The nanofibrous membranes were characterized by SEM and FTIR,and their hydrolysis resistance and filtration performance were evaluated.The results showed that the optimum spinning mass fraction of PVA/PAA solution was 17%,and the mass ratio of PVA to PAA was 1∶1.After heat treatment at 160℃,PVA/PAA nanofiber filter membrane had excellent hydrolysis resistance and filtration performance.The filtration efficiency of the particles with a diameter of 0.3μm or more is 99.477%,the filtration resistance is only 88 Pa,and the shape can still be maintained in 85℃hot water.
