基于SWOT定量分析方法的微信小程序在图书馆应用的战略分析——以用户信息行为为视角

Strategy Analysis on the Application of WeC hat Mini-Program in Library Services Based on the Quantitative Method of SWOT: From the Perspective of the Users' Information Behavior

介于微信公众号与APP之间的微信小程序为图书馆信息服务模式提供了一种新思路。论文通过SWOTAHP定量分析法,从用户信息行为的角度出发,构建层次结构模型,计算关键因素的力度,并据此确定战略四边形、分析战略向量。结果表明,图书馆应采取开拓型、机会型战略模式和积极进取型战略强度。在此基础上,论文探讨了小程序在图书馆应用的具体战略对策。

The WeChat Mini-program,a new kind of applet between WeChat official accounts and application,provides a new thought of library information service modes.Based on SWOT-AHP method,as well as from the perspective of users’information behavior,the SWOT Strategy Quadrilateral and Strategic Vector was finalized by constructing AHP model,calculating critical factors’intensity.The results show that library should adopt the prospector strategy and opportunistic strategy.In view of the above,this paper puts forward several strategies to promote the application of WeChat Mini-program in library.
