儿童腹泻伴惊厥的临床特点和病因分析

Clinical Characteristics and Etiological Analysis of Children with Diarrhea and Convulsion

目的分析儿童腹泻伴惊厥的临床特点和病因。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院2013年1月~2016年9月收治的100例腹泻伴惊厥的儿童患者进行回顾性分析。结果 53例高热惊厥,32例电解质紊乱,9例轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥(BICE),4例病毒性脑炎,2例血糖偏低。结论儿童腹泻伴惊厥的原因具有多样性,主要可能与高热、电解质紊乱和轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥有关,其他原因也存在。

objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and etiology of children with diarrhea and convulsion.Methods 100 children with diarrhea and convulsion admitted to the first people's hospital of nanyang city from January 2013 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There are 53 cases of hyperfebrile convulsion,32 cases of electrolyte disorder,9 cases of mild gastroenteritis with benign infant convulsion(BICE),4 cases of viral encephalitis and 2 cases of hypoglycemia.Conclusion The causes of diarrhea with convulsion in children are diverse,which may be related to benign convulsion in infants and young children combined with high fever,electrolyte disorder and mild gastroenteritis,and so on.
