品管圈结合临床护理路径在脑梗塞患者健康教育中的实施效果

Effect of Quality Control Circle Combined with Clinical Nursing Pathway in Healthy Education of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的探讨品管圈结合临床护理路径在脑梗塞患者健康教育中的实施效果。方法选取2013年5月~2016年5月鹤壁市中医院收治的300例脑梗塞患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例,对照组患者采用常规健康教育,观察组患者在常规健康教育的基础上实施品管圈结合临床护理路径的健康教育,观察并比较两组患者健康教育的知晓率以及对护理的满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者健康教育的知晓率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(82.67%),且观察组对健康教育的满意率(100%)也显著高于对照组(90.67%),组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论品管圈结合临床护理路径对脑梗塞患者进行健康教育,能够提高患者对疾病的知晓率及对健康教育的满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway on education of cerebral infarction patients.Methods 300 cases of cerebral infarction patients treated in hebi city hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,150 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by routine health education,while patients in observation group were treated with the implementation of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway of health education.Observed and compared the two groups of patients'health awareness and satisfaction of nursing education.Results After nursing,health education population in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.67%),and the satisfaction of the health education in the observation group(100%)was also significantly higher than that in control group(90.67%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Healthy education in patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients'awareness rate of disease and their satisfaction with healthy education,which is worthy of clinical application.
