糖尿病肾病尿毒症期的血液透析临床治疗观察

目的观察糖尿病肾病尿毒症期的血液透析临床治疗效果。方法选取本院80名糖尿病肾病尿毒症期患者作为研究对象,所有患者均予血液透析,对比分析所有患者治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、收缩压指标、治疗期间并发症发生率。结果治疗后所有患者血肌酐、尿素氮、收缩压情况得到明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间有患者出现感染、低血糖、心律失常并发症。结论血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症期患者临床效果显著,但是在治疗期间会出现感染、低血糖、心律失常并发症,需要密切观察患者临床表现,减少并发症发生。

objective To observe diabetic nephropathy uremia hemodialysis treatment effect.Methods Selected from 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia period as the research object,all the patients in hemodialysis,comparison and analysis of all patients before and after treatment serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,systolic blood pressure index,complications during treatment.Results All patients after treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,systolic blood pressure has been obviously improved,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There are patients during treatment of infections,and hypoglycemia,arrhythmia complication.Conclusion The blood dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia period clinical effect is remarkable,but occur during treatment,hypoglycemia,arrhythmia complications of infection,need to closely observe clinical manifestations of patients,reduce the complications.
